It is not first time I had wonderful experience of Ultrasound with Farah in WELL Health Medical Centre in Newmarket. Caring, nice, responsible, punctual, sympathetic and detail oriented who ask about your problem and explain what she wants to do as sonographer for you.
She can speak not only in English but also in Farsi as well. Her ability to speak two languages (English and Farsi) makes Iranian people to choose this centre for doing ultrasound.
And more important thing is, she never asks you to write a good comment about her.

I had brought my mom in for an ultrasound and had the best experience with Minal, our ultrasound technician. She was very patient, understanding, and comforting throughout the whole process as my mother’s first language is not English. It was such was a pleasure to meet someone like her. Thank you Minal!

Very helpful, professional staff, friendly front desk, didn't have to wait long for x-rays-VERY happy about that. X-ray room was very clean and the technician was very nice, compassionate, and was as careful with my broken wrist as she could be while still needing to position my hand for the x-rays. I really appreciated that!

Great place to have your x-ray, mammogram or ultrasound services since. They're fast, always on time (which is rare at any of these clinics) and very kind, carrying technicians and staff that really make an experience that can be unnerving, outstanding!

My first initial experience was not the best, BUT after I completed the customer experience questionnaire I received a phone call from the Clinic Manager and I really did appreciate that! They listened to my concerns and genuinely cared about what went wrong during my very first visit.
